  This review is based off of multiple visits to this our local McDonalds. I have no idea what the inside is like but the drive thru is horrible. 5 different times we have been asked to pull to the side and wait for drinks or ice cream. Every time it has been because a machine was being cleaned or something. Then when you go in and complain they inform you that the machine is being fixed. This has happened with coffee, ice cream, milk shakes and the McCafe drinks. Why not just tell customers the machine is down when they order? There's nothing quite like hitting the drive thru to get a coffee on the way to work and waiting 20 minutes to go in and then get told the machine is being fixed and it will be a few more minutes. We tried.... gave them multiple visits but at this point I think if we need fast food we will just go to jack in the box
